  Mom and dads beware! Consider taking your children to Dr. Michael McCoy in Grapevine before you make a HUGE mistake like I did a couple years ago and decided to go with Dr. Dickey and her cocky, disrespectful, unhelpful and unempathic staff. If I could leave a negative star rating here, I would. I had a payment arrangement in place with this practice to pay off a massive bill for a random office visit that they clearly overcharged me for back in 2015. A little over a month ago, their billing dept called me and said that I need to pay the full balance in the next 30 days or they are going to drop my two-year-old as their patient. I told them I was confused because I had a payment arrangement in place with no deadline attached to it but they said that they can no longer continue seeing my child until the balance is now paid in full. Period. End of story. I received a letter this month stating that they are officially dropping my daughter because I have not made payments, even though I held up my end of the bargain and continued making payments every month and even had check numbers and the specific dates they were cashed as examples. I called the practice and spoke to the Office administrator Adrienne Zollo, who was not only disrespectful and unempathetic to my situation but also had the audacity to compare my medical bill to going and getting a haircut and having to pay it off right there on the spot. She refused to let me talk to somebody higher up and said “she would just pass the message along but to not expect a call in return because doctors do not return phone calls for patient complaints at this practice.” This physicians office clearly does not value their patients or their promises and are only driven by money. They will set up a payment arrangement with you, only to turn around and drop the arrangement and send you to collections even if you have been making payments routinely. I would not take my child back to this doctor if their life depended on it. There are way better physicians all over the north Texas metroplex who are not in the business of screwing over their patients!! Terrible service, terrible practice and the office administrator Adrienne Zollo should lose her job because she Clearly lacks the capacity and skill set to handle administrative service and conflict and would rather be disrespectful and cocky to prove her point instead of listening and showing care and empathy toward a disgruntled mother. Their lack of a proper escalation route just goes to show that they are not in this business to serve their patients and to improve their customer care experience. Parents seriously- Move on! I promise you have better options for your children’s medical care!

  Both of my daughters have been with Dr Dickey from birth. One month short of 5 years. We have had a wonderful experience at this practice and we would highly recommend Dr Dickey. She is well educated, knowledgeable and doesn’t just say what we want to hear. She tells us what we need to hear and how to help achieve those goals. She has formed a bond with my two daughters. We never feel rushed out. All my questions are always answered with patience. Even the office staff takes the time to say hello to my daughters as they walk in. It’s very welcoming.
