  Excellent experience from initial contact with the extremely helpful and supportive office in Irving through treatment and aftercare. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Charles Powell and his excellent team. On first meeting with Dr Powell I was immediately impressed with his credentials, up to date knowledge, supportive caring manner and honesty. I knew right from the start I was in very safe and capable hands. There was no 'hard sell' or pressure, just a friendly, honest discussion about the options available to me and what could be realistically achieved. Ten months after my transplant procedure I'm delighted with the results so far and will be booking a second procedure in the near future. As an 'International' patient from London, England working in the entertainment industry, I have often had to reschedule appointments, sometimes at short notice and I've always been treated with kindness and patience and accommodated wherever possible by the Office Director Courtney LeClaire and Office manager Debbie. The whole environment is first class and the entire team are caring, dedicated and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, calm and cared for. I could not have chosen a better Doctor or clinic for my hair transplant procedure and have already recommended to many friends and colleagues in the music industry.
